ABOUT THE EVENT: This class covers the home buying process including what the documentation and income requirements are for self-employed entrepreneurs.

Purchasing homes for self-employed entrepreneurs can be tough. Income fluctuations, owner's draw income and write-offs can confuse the process. Small business owners who go into the process educated and prepared will not only have greater success with their purchase, but they may find down payment assistance, counseling, improve their credit score and have reduced stress.
