We'll start by talking about leads (or prospects). Leads are the fuel for any business from restaurants to an attorney's office. This is the first point in the sales process that eventually results in a sale. A business with an effective lead-generation process will dramatically increase its probability of success. Then we'll look at conversion and transactional strategies. All customers go through a process of determining when and from whom to buy. This is their decision-making process - they gather information and make choices during this phase. Here, we think about ways you can connect with your future customers/clients in a way that builds trust and establishes a relationship so that when they are ready to buy, they buy from you.
