About the instructor: Shelby Long is an associate in Dunn Carney’s Business Practice group, specializing in business and real estate transactions. She also has experience in immigration, personal injury, and family law. Shelby graduated from Lewis and Clark Law School in 2022, where she interned at the Small Business Legal Clinic, assisting small business owners with their legal needs. She is dedicated to supporting small and emerging businesses and building connections within local communities.
