ABOUT THE EVENT: This workshop will address key questions in hiring like: Why are you hiring and what are you looking for? How can you create a hiring process for candidates that is clear, engaging, and equitable? What can you do to ensure your top candidate says yes to the job?
It’s not easy to hire a new employee. The average corporate job posting gets 250 applicants, and many are unqualified (the average applicant applies to a role in 76 seconds). Weeding through resumes, selecting and communicating with candidates, interviewing, checking references, making an offer, negotiating, following up… It can take a lot out of you!
After almost 40 years in the business, Boly:Welch knows there’s a better way to cast your net smartly, identify great candidates, and figure out who will be the best add to your team.
