ABOUT THE EVENT: Are you already selling your products online? We will cover online listings, shipping solutions, international sales and customs, inventory management, and native advertising options. This is a companion course to Nuts & Bolts of Etsy and Amazon class. Charlene Ruell of Panache Paper Art and Panache Consulting will be sharing their insights from more than 10 years of selling online and supporting other businesses.

ABOUT the Instructor: Charlene Ruell (they/them) has been self-employed for more than 10 years and is a small business owner located in Vancouver, Washington. They have been selling their artisan products online since 2010 and at the Vancouver Farmers Market since 2019. Charlene provides administrative consulting for other small businesses, serves as a member of the Square Beta community, and has worked as the manager of operations for a large non-profit.
