ABOUT THE EVENT: For the same reasons you may seek out an affirming healthcare provider or attorney, working with a culturally-competent Financial professional can make otherwise anxiety-inducing conversations feel that much safer, and be more honest and productive. That's why Oregon Pride in Business and Ara Serjoie, Ph.D., CFRE are offering a virtual education series on Financial Planning for the LGBTQ+ Community.
This 60-minute session is designed to help business owners understand the financial strategies and tools available to help run their business more effectively, including banking, retirement planning, and insurance, strategies to create value beyond your business, and strategies for building and preserving your business so you’re ready for succession when it’s time to retire.
About the Speaker: Ara Serjoie (he/him) is a Financial Advisor with Edward Jones. He has dedicated my career to helping people, with the first 30 years taking place in higher education and the nonprofit sector. Now, as an Edward Jones financial advisor, I have the pleasure of working with clients to understand your goals and help you achieve them. Read Ara's full bio here.
