ABOUT THE EVENT: This 90-minute SCORE Workshop will provide the key reasons to consider an LLC as your choice of a business structure.

Joe Quirk, a SCORE Business Mentor and retired CPA will cover the reasons new business owners should consider the use of a Limited Liability Company (LLC) for their business. Joe will also compare the advantages of the LLC to other entity structures such as a sole proprietorship,a partnership or a corporation.

This in-person event will be held at the Community Room of SCORE’s partner, Fourth Plain Forward.The program will be presented in English and Spanish. Attendees will be provided copies of the presenter’s slides and may, at their choosing, register for free one-on-one SCORE business mentoring.
