ABOUT THE EVENT: In our society and culture, we seek to work with people as passionate about good work as we are. We seek out organizations whose culture and leadership reflect that same passion and care for us as employees. Building a team culture built on values and beliefs (which are different) can be challenging. How do we grow a business with values and beliefs and bring in staff that also support those values and beliefs? We will get into this in our session.
