ABOUT THE EVENT: Business Financials - What are they and Why are they needed? This SCORE workshop will address the differences between the Income Statement, the Balance Sheet and the Statement of Cash Flows. More importantly, a basic understanding of financial statements will likely help the small business owner get better loan terms, be able to foresee important business trends, determine a business “Break-Even Point” and benchmark their business against competitors. Financial statements will help with business strategy, pricing and budgeting so use them to your full advantage.

The workshop features an open discussion with an experienced business accounting professional and educator.
